Validation
We have validated the model with different therapeutic agents and confirmed the correlation between KMT MouseTM results and clinical outcomes. Small molecule compounds with activity in replicon systems have been evaluated and we observed both positive and negative correlation with replicon system results.
Mice have been infected with HCV of genotypes 1a, 1b, 2a, 3a, 4a, and 6a.

- Antiviral activity of HCV796 - non-nucleoside polymerase inhibitor
- Anti-HCV activity of a cyclophilin antagonist
- HCV prevention by passive immunotherapy
- Anti-HBV effect of lamivudine on established HBV infection in chimeric mice
